Review: Drop The Act (Acoustic) by Audiostrobelight

A little while ago we did a review of an album called The Whole Shebang by a band called Audiostrobelight. They have redone a song from their album (Drop The Act to be specific), and this time – they’re going acoustic. This song is like wine, it gets better with age (I mean you’ll like it in the beginning and you’ll love it by the end). They have even thrown in a drum solo in the middle and trust me, you’ll like it. Unless you don’t like acoustic songs, then you should already know your opinion by reading the title. They close this masterpiece with gang vocals that sound off in the distance and it gives the song a great atmosphere. The vocals behind the lead vocals, mixed with clapping in the background is where I think the song hits its climax. It’s definitely worth downloading and if it’s your first time hearing Audiostrobelight, check them out and buy their album…if you want to (you do).
